Newcastle College sixth Form

Newcastle College’s Sixth Form Building was designed and delivered by RMJM Scotland in 2013 following an international competition in 2008.

As part of the RMJM architectural delivery team, David Thompson was responsible for overseeing the site works at the Rye Hill Campus and coordinating the project consultants with the client NCG and contractor BAM.

Newcastle City Council’s Lord Mayor’s Design Awards awarded the project New Building of the Year in 2013.
