KESWICK CUSTOM-BUILD DEVELOPMENT

THAA were tasked with developing two Self-build/Custom-build contemporary family homes in Keswick with spectacular views across the Lake District.

The design of the houses adopts a “fabric first” approach with high levels of insulation (via timberframe or SIP type construction) and high levels of air tightness.

Air source heat pump, underfloor heating and whole house ventilation (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery) will also be incorporated.
